Lisa has always had an ability to be creative...

At high school she got 95% School Cert Art and received the Art Award for top student.

Lisa worked in a small cottage silk business for 20 years batiking NZ native flowers and birds onto silk scarves and shawls and dying the fabric. For 10 years she was a self employed interior decorator specialising in wall papering.

Today Lisa lives on her lifestyle block in Ohoka and manages Art Above part time... While painting the things that she loves; animals and nature whenever she finds the time.
